1. 知识目标

（1）能听懂、会说、会读

summer holiday, stay, sound, Disneyland, Ocean park, Taipei。

（2）能听懂、会说、会读和拼写go back to, how long, photo, travel; summer holiday plans, go back to, that sounds great, travel around, be excited about。

（3）能听懂、会说、会读和会写句型where/ what/ when will you go for the holiday？How long will you stay there？Will you ...?

Yes, I will. / No I won’t.

2. 技能目标

（1）学生能初步使用一般将来时谈论暑假出游计划。

（2）培养学生正确、有感情地朗读课文的能力。

3. 情感目标

（1）让学生感受英语的生活化及其实用性。

（2）培养学生在生活中自如运用英语的好习惯。

三、教学重点

1. 词组：summer holiday, talk about, go back to...sound great。

2. 句型：由will引导的一般疑问句--Will...? --Yes, ...will. No,...will not. 3. 会用where和how long引导的一般将来时的特殊疑问句，并能根据实际情况进行问答。

4. 理解文本并能复述课文。

进一步学习Where /What/When will you go for the holiday？How long will you stay there？Will you ...?

Yes, I will. / No I won’t.并使用这些句子讨论暑假出游计划。

Step 1 Warming-up. 1. Greetings.

2. Free talk.

T: Last summer holiday，I went to Hainan with my friends by plane. It was a beautiful city。

Question: Where will you go for summer holiday？

●引导学生用所学知识回答：

I went to …for summer holiday.

I will go to ...for summer holiday. ●学生复习：the bund, the Summer palace, Shanghai Museum, Tiananmen Square

等词汇。

S1: You will find Tiananmen Square in Beijing.

S2: You will find Disneyland and Ocean park in Hong Kong.

3. 呈现一些著名城市的图片和视频介绍，让学生说一说他们想要在暑假去的地方，导入本单元话题。

Step 2 Pre-reading 1. 揭示课题，导入新课。

T: Do you remember the main school holidays in China or the UK? (1) 回顾上册U3知识：In China and the UK, children both have summer holiday. (2) T: Do you like the summer holiday ? Why?

2.T: In summer holiday, a lot of children will visit different cities or countries and take some photos. Let’s enjoy some photos first. ●欣赏一组风景名胜地点，学生用We’ll find …in…句型看图表达，随机教学Taipei。

3. T: I’ll go to Hong Kong by plane this summer holiday.

I’ll visit Ocean Park, Disneyland and Victoria Harbour.

(1) 出示图片，教学单词Ocean Park /Disneyland

(2) 点击录音听关于三处景点的介绍

4. Free talk.

T : Will you go to HongKong for the summer holiday?

S: Yes , I will ./ No, I won’t. (出示教学won’t=will not)

●与学生继续用Where/ How…? 进行话轮交流，并顺势教学句型How long will you stay there?及答语。

5. Work in pairs.

Step 3 While- reading 1. 过渡语：We are talking about our summer holiday plans, How about them? （1）PPT出示4个孩子头像并在黑板上贴上4个人物的头像

（2）出示句子理解朗读

The children are talking about their plans for the summer holiday. （3）预测课文，请学生试提问

2. Watch, match and say. Where will the children go for the summer holiday? （看完动画校对答案，请学生说Mike will go to…教师相机板书四个地点）

3. 自读课文，finish the blanks。

4. 听录音，跟读对话。

(1) 分两个部分播放课文录音，要求学生并模仿语音语调。

5. Finish reading and writing.

Step 4 Post-reading 1. 复述课文。

学生四人一组，分别复述课文中四个人物的暑假出游计划，可以用第一人称也可以用第三人称，小组活动结束后，教师请学生复述课文。

2. 小组活动，分享暑假计划。

3. 介绍暑假活动：I will go to ...by..., I will stay there for a month .. 4. 情感教育&Ticking time。

5. 完成书后的练习。

6. Fun time.

(1) Ss take out the card and choose one pictures then make your summer plans .

(2) 小组活动，开展游戏。

教师安排学生两人一组，以接龙的方式开展活动

(3) 拓展活动：

在熟练掌握目标句型的基础上，教师可以添加句子状语，增加难度，

训练学生的拓展能力。

Step 5 Homework 1. Listen to the tape and read the text three times. 2. Talk about your plans for summer holiday with your friends. 3. Finish Exercise 1.
