1、导入语：同学们,你们知道优秀的共产党员——彭德怀同志吗？今天我给大家讲讲他的先进事迹和担当品质。 2、1918年夏季，俄国到处硝烟弥漫，苏维埃政权危在旦夕。为了打赢这场战争，布尔什维克党吸收了20万觉悟高的士兵、工人和农民入党。当时发给党员的手册上有这样一句话：共产党员只有一项特权——1

最先为革命而战。同样的“特权”在我们党的历史上也有很多。彭德怀同志就曾说过：“我彭德怀参加共产党，党给我唯一的‘特权’，就是带头吃苦。”革命年代这种“带头吃苦”的“特权”理应成为我们当代共产党人积极争取的“特权”，也是当代共产党人应有的操守和境界。

4、讲讲彭德怀同志的简历和家庭。

5、请1-2名学生谈谈感受。

6小结：开国元帅彭德怀是一位个性特别鲜明的人物。他做人做事严于律己、光明磊落且知错即改、勇于道歉，体现了一名优秀共产党领导干部的担当品质。我们要向他学习。
