一.教学内容与目标

1.复习二年级和三年级学过的部分词汇与知识。

2.掌握新的句型：This leaf can be a …….

3.学生通过用眼观察，用耳听，再动手做一做，说一说，即复习了旧知识又灵活的把这些知识放入新句型中运用。

4. 培养学生观察生活的能力。

二. 能力目标：

1. 在各项活动中复习巩固旧知识。

2. 能把以前学过的知识融会贯通的运用到新句型中。

3. 培养学生的记忆能力，反应能力和英语口语表达的能力。

三．情感态度目标： 1.通过学习巩固以前所学的知识。

2.让学生对英语学习充满兴趣。

3.让学生积极参与课堂活动，树立学好英语的自信心。

四．教学重点、难点分析

1、让学生能够准确的回忆并说出以前所学单词。

2、学生能把把这些旧知识放入新句型中运用。

五．教具准备：课件、树叶、A4纸、彩色笔、剪刀、双面胶。

六．教学过程

1. Class opening/ Lead-in 1) Greeting; 2) Ask some questions: How are you today? What’s the weather like today? Are you hot/cold/cool/warm? 3) Teacher say: We are in the classroom. It’s warm in the classroom. Is it summer/spring now? Students answer: Yes/No. Yes. It’s winter now. But it’s now very cold in Kunming.

2. New concepts Question: How many seasons are there in a year? What are they? 1)

Show PPT. Ss try to answer these questions. Spring. Summer. Autumn. Winter. 2) Show Ss the pictures of the four seasons. a. Read after teacher. b. Look at the pictures and answer: What’s the weather like in ……

What colour is ……

What can you do in ……

3) Ask a question: What’s your favourite season?

Ss answer the question. 4) Teacher say: “Do you know what my favourite season is? My favourite season is winter. Do you know why?”

a. Answer teacher’s question.

b. Look at the pictures of winter in Kunming. c. “What can you see in these pictures?”

d. Look at the leaves, they are beautiful. 5) Review some old words by looking at the different leaves. a. Review colour words. b. Review: big---small fat---thin 3. The book: “This leaf”
