Step1：warming-up: 学生齐唱《父亲》这首歌，歌词的内容讲父亲与孩子之间的爱，引出今天所学的戏剧《李尔王》同样也是讲父亲与孩子之间的爱。对此戏剧大致进行一下介绍。

Discussion:

Is it important to show love and respect for your parents? Why?

学生给出自己的观点，引出百善孝为先，不同的人对自己的父母有不同的表达爱的方式，来看看剧中的三个女儿如何表达她们对父亲的爱。

2. Which of the characters do you think are shown in the picture on the right？
