A boy who shouted “Wolf！”教学设计

一、教材内容 : Review1 (Reading and writing）

本模块选自广东人民出版社六年级下册Review1的Reading and writing部分。故事是学生耳熟能详的“狼来了”的故事。学生在通过近两年的阅读训练中，已经积累了一定的语言基础。本课时作为阅读拓展材料，内容比较简单，因此教师可以在阅读文本中，适当给学生拓展语言的输入量，培养学生的阅读能力，引导学生积极参与听，说，读，写等教学活动，从而提高学生的语言综合运用能力。

二、学情分析 1、学生年龄特点和认知特点分析 本单元的学习对象是六年级学生，年龄约在11到12岁左右，他们具有较强的求知欲，对新鲜事物开始思考、追求、探索。在好奇心的驱使下，他们对英语学习有着更高的兴趣和热情，在图片及教师的引导下，大部分学生的口语表达流利，能用所学知识进行简单的交流。但对英语写作及自由表达的能力还有待加强。 2、语言知识和技能分析

通过前面五年的英语学习，学生掌握和储备了一定的语言知识，并具有将所学习和掌握的知识运用于语言实践中的能力。在学习本课之前，学生对过去时的表达已经比较熟悉。 3、学习能力分析

在五年级和六年级上学期的阅读技巧，阅读策略培养下，学生已经掌握一定的阅读方法，有了一定的思维能力、分析能力和理解能力，对于用英语表达自己的一些意愿或思想也有一定的信心和能力，同时也具备用英语与他人合作与交流完成学习任务的能力。在本单元的阅读教学中，老师将采用各种教学手段，帮助学生习得语言知识，获得语言技能。

三、教学目标

1、知识目标：

学生通常能理解故事的意义。学生可以理解“不要说谎”的事实。“当说谎者说真话的时候，没有人相信他们”，在老师的帮助下一步一步来。学生们可以

讨论彼得发生的事情，并给彼得一些建议。

2、能力目标：

（1）学生一读就能掌握课文大意。

（2）学生通过略读和浏览可以找到必要的信息。

（3）学生可以谈论和知道“说谎的人说真话，没有人相信他们”的原则，并通过讨论得到它。

（4）学生逐渐掌握有效的阅读策略。

3、学习策略：

（1）学生可以学习使用旧语言来学习新的语言。

（2）学生可以积极参加课堂活动。

（3）学生可以自信地与他人交流。

4、情感目标：

（1）学生在表达英语时能积极自信。

（2）学生可以通过一些图片或其他教学工具对英语阅读产生兴趣。

（3）学生可以开阔视野、研究后知道真相“不要说谎。”“当说谎者说真话，没人相信他们。”

四、教学重点，难点。

1. 重点：理解A boy who shouted “Wolf!”

2. 难点：Answer the questions. 五、教学准备:

六、教学过程

(一)Warm- up 1.Free talk T：Today I will tell you an English story . Its name is The boy who shouted “Wolf”.

Let’s read out the Chinese name “狼来了”.

2. Lead-in

T：Look! What is this? Show the picture! S：A boy, a wolf and some people . T:

Yes , how do they feel ? S: The boy is excited , the wolf is terrible. And the people are angry .

T: Do you know why? Let’s see the movie , you will get it . 【设计意图】通过交谈，看图片，引起学生注意，活跃课堂气氛，为下面有关课文讲授作铺垫。

（二）

Presentation （the 1st reading）

1. After seeing the movie , ask the Ss “why? ”

T: Why is the boy happy ?

S: Because he lied to the people / he made a joke with the people . T: Why is the wolf terrible ?

S: Because it ate the sheep . T: Why are the people angry?

S: Because the boy made a joke with them .

T：Is it an English story ?

Ss: No , it isn’t .

2. T : Please help me find out the English story , put them in the right order . (PE.4)

【设计意图】通过看短片，吸引起学生的注意，让学生找出故事的英语文本。

2. Listen to the story . T:

What did the boy do on the farm?

S: He’s a farmer. He took care of the sheep. T: Why did Peter shout “wolf” the first two times ? S: Because he was bored .

T: What happened on the third day ? S: On the third day , when Peter was working , a big wolf jumped out and hurt his sheep. 【设计意图】通过猜测，激发学生听力和阅读的欲望。

6.Group work：每小组选择自己喜欢的方式进行朗读（以小组进行表演或大声朗读短文）。

T：Choose the way you like in your group . 【设计意图】加深学生对故事的记忆。

Extension. T: What do we learn from the story . Ss: When liars tell the truth, nobody believes them . 说谎的人说真理,没人相信。

Don’t tell lies. 别撒谎。
