本课教材为外研社《英语》(新标准)(三年级起点)五年级下册Module 9 Unit 2 Mum bought new T-shirts for you.本单元的话题是谈论自己的经历,主要是继续学习一般过去时及书写书信的常用格式。本单元的课文情境是Simon 从美国寄给Daming一封信,信中说:再过三周全家就要与Daming见面了,Simon的爸爸会在Simon的房间里加一张床;Simon的妈妈给Daming买了新T恤衫;Simon的爸爸读了一本介绍中国历史的书,他有一些问题要请教Daming;他们还为Daming借了一辆自行车。最后Simon还在信中提醒Daming别忘记带几张中国歌曲的CD,他们在晚上可以一起欣赏中国歌曲。学生通过学习进而也能够正确的运用过去时表达自己的经历,谈论过去发生的事情。本单元共1课时完成。

二、学情分析

本模块的学习重点是复习和巩固行为动词一般过去时的用法,谈论过去发生的事情。其实从四年级下册的第五模块开始,学生就已经开始接触一般过去时了,已经能理解并能初步运用一般过去时来询问和谈论一些过去的行为或活动。因此可以通过活动和游戏的设计帮助基础较薄弱的学生巩固、强化行为动词一般过去式的用法。

三、教学目标

1、语言技能

⑴全体学生能听懂“Mum bought new T-shirts for you..”

⑵全体学生能说:“Mum bought new T-shirts for you..”

⑶全体学生能朗读课文,阅读相关短文。

⑷全体学生能按要求完成语句书写。

2、语言知识

⑴全体学生能够初步运用语句: “Mum bought new T-shirts for you..”来谈论过去发生的事情。

⑵全体学生能够理解词汇: borrow, read ,at all, in ,another, history, ask, question, forget, bring, soon.

全体学生能运用词汇:read ,in ,ask ,bring

部分学生能运用词汇:borrow, at all, another, history, question, forget, soon. (3)能感知“queen”与“quarter”中“qu”的读音,“she”与“English”中“sh”的读音,“this”与“with”中“th”的读音,“thank”与“mouth”中“th”的读音。
