Lesson 5 What are you doing? 一、教材分析
本节课通过三组情景对话,呈现现在进行时的特殊疑问句“What are you doing?”以及答语“I'm..../We are....”
二、教学目标
1.知识目标
(1)能听、说、认读单词:we,watch,wash (2)能听懂、会说句型:What are you doing?/I'm..../We are.... 2.能力目标
(1)能正确运用句型:“What are you doing?/I'm..../We are....”对现在正在做的事情进行问答。
(2)能复述课文。
3.情感目标
培养学生学习英语的兴趣。

1.重点:
(1)能听、说、认读单词:we,watch,wash (2)现在进行时的特殊疑问句形式“What are you doing?”和陈述句形式“I'm..../We are....”

五、教学过程
1.热身活动:
(1)问候
T:Good morning,everyone! Ss:Good morning,Miss Li. T:How are you today? Ss:I’m fine.Thank you!And you? T:I’m fine,too.Thank you! What day is it today?
Ss:It is…. T:Good!
(2)Sing a song Walking,Walking Walking,walking,walking,walking,
Hop,hop,hop,hop,hop,hop,
Running,running,running, .
Running,running,running,
Now,let’s stop,up and down.

T:Let’s enjoy a song and find out what actions can you hear? ②Enjoy the song and do actions.(教师引领)
③师生一起唱并做动作。
(3) 游戏:Sharp eyes 复习一些所学过的动词及词组,如:read a book,eat bananas,drink water,draw a picture,play football等。
2.新知呈现与操练
(1)教师利用课件出示Tom生日的情景图,教师介绍:“Today is Tom’s birthday.Tom’s friends came to his house to play.But all of Tom’s friend are at Tom’s home now?”教师引导学生猜测后,利用课件出示Tom和Tom’s friends。
(2)教师利用课件呈现Tom在看书的情景图,教师介绍:“Now,let’s see what Tom is doing?Let’s ask him.Tom,what are you doing?”教师播放录音,并引导学生找出答案:“I’m reading a book.”教师板书句型并教学。
(3)教师利用课件出示Ann的情景图,教师介绍:“Look,This are Ann and Lily Let’s ask what they are doing?”教师播放录音,引导学生找出答案:“We are eating bananas.”教师板书句型并教读,同时教学单词we,以分组读的方式。
(4)教师利用课件出示Bob和Sue的情景图,T:“What are Bob and Sue doing?Let’s ask.”教师播放录音,引导学生找出答案:“We are darwing.”
(5)教师播放录音,学生跟读。
(6)教师利用课件出示Tom的朋友在聚会结束后,各自做了什么事?如:watch TV,wash my hair,drink water,draw a picture,jump,swim等。同时教学watch和wash,并区分它们的读音。
3.巩固拓展
(1)教师把本节课句型创编成有节奏感的chant,让学生在语言交流中巩固熟悉句型。

(2)学生在小组内讨论现在进行时中动词的变化规律,T注意总结。
(3)小组合作
“If you are at Tom’s home now,what are you doing?”四人一组,用“I’m…./We are….”回答并做动作,以小组展示。
4.总结
Today we have a happy lesson. What have we learnt today? Let’s review today’s lesson. 5.作业
(1)听录音3遍
(2)用“What are you doing?/I'm..../We are....”句型与同伴开展问答活动
