绘本《From head to toe》的教学设计

教学目标：

1.学生能认读单词及词组：

（1）身体部位：head、shoulders、hand、chest、foot、toe （2）动物：penguin、buffalo、seal、gorilla、elephant、parrot （3）动作：turn my head、raise my shoulders、clap my hands、thump my chest、stomp my foot、wiggle my toe 2.学生能认读句子：I am a

教学重点：

1.故事大意的理解。

2.学习“Can you do it?”, 并用“I can do it”回答。

3.通过复习旧单词，学习新单词。

教学难点：

熟练运用所学词句，进行活动。

教学过程：

Step 1 Warm-up 1.Greeting 2.Sing a song《Head shoulders knees toes》

Step 2 Lead-in T: Boys and girls, today we are going to play a “body part”

game. Tell me, what body parts do you know? Ss: Ear/eye/nose/mouth/face…

T: Yes! We know ear, eye, nose, mouth…Now we have some animal friends to help us know more body parts, and they will play the “body part”

game with us.They are on this picture book.（教师展示绘本）They will come out one by one. Look at the cover! What’s this? Ss: It’s a gorilla!

T: Yes! What is the gorilla doing? Ss: …(任意回答) T: Look! It’s pointing its head and toe, right?(引导学生看gorilla的手指所指的头和脚趾) Ss: Yes! T: Look and read after me: head and toe (纠音) Ss: head and toe T: So the book is called 《

From Head to Toe》. Let’s read the title together. T&Ss: From Head to Toe. T: Look！The book is illustrated by Eric Carle. Also, the “body part”

game we are going to play later is called “From head to toe”. Some animal friends are going to show us how to play it, so that we can play with them. Let’s see our new friend No.1. Now, guess! (做出企鹅动作) Ss: Penguin! T: Yes, it’s a penguin! (教师指着图片的penguin) How to act like a penguin？

Ss: (做出penguin动作) T: (指着girl)The penguin says to the girl: “I am a penguin and I turn my head. Can you do it?”（配合动作）The girl says: “I can do it!”

Boys and girls, can you do it? （动作）If you can, just say“I can do it!”

Ss: I can do it! （引导做出相应动作：turn my head）

T: Good! Friend No.1 is the penguin(教师将penguin贴于黑板)。

Let’s see what’s next? 类似penguin，教师逐一介绍出现的动物buffalo、seal、gorilla、elephant、parrot. Step 3 Presentation and Practice T: So boys and girls, you know this is a pretty picture book about

animals and their action. (指着黑板上的动物卡片)Look at these animals, now let’ s try to know them while doing some actions together, ok? Ss: Ok! T: Penguin, penguin, turn my head. (动作) （自编歌谣）

Ss: Penguin, penguin, turn my head. (动作) 类似penguin，教师逐一带学生认识出现的动物，并做出动作，教授单词时注意具体个别纠音。

T: You are very clever! You have known all of the animals! Now listen and enjoy it.（教师播放音频录音）

T: Now! More fun this time. Let’s play the “body part”

game, that is, from head to toe! Our animal friends will do some actions. If you can do it as well, just do it and say “I can do it”, clear? (教师播放音频）
