本模块的主题是“English Food”,Unit1 What did she have for lunch?的语言功能是Describe eating habits(谈论饮食习惯);学习任务是学习目标语句“What did she have or breakfast/lunch/dinner yesterday? ”并能用She had……来回答询问。本单元主要围绕一般过去时来谈论别人的饮食习惯,本课时主要以问答的形式谈论别人各餐吃了什么

二、学情分析 五年级学生的英语知识已经有了一定的积累,英语听说读写等方面的能力有了相当的基础,具备了初步运用英语做事的能力。因此在语言操练的设计要更有深度,对于sausage、 sandwich、 delicious、traditional等第一次接触的单词要设计情境,让学生领会、吃透。 三、教学目标: (一)知识目标: a.学生能够运用自如主要单词: sausage、 sandwich、fish and chips ,dish, delicious、traditional。 b.以单词为基础,学生能听懂会说句型:What did she /he have for breakfast/lunch/dinner yesterday? She/He had eggs and sausages/sandwiches/fish and chips. 理解该结构的意义,并能自如的对句式进行简单的交流。 (二)技能目标 学生能够运用所学句型向别人自由询问昨天一日三餐吃过什么。 (三)情感目标 了解国外饮食,分析与中国饮食的不同,增强学生的文化意识,了解中西方文化的差异。从而形成正确合理的生活饮食方式。 1

【设计意图】争强好胜、热爱游戏是孩子们的天性,我抓住孩子们的这一心理特征,在课前的热身活动中设计了“Magic Eyes”这一活动,要求学生注意看,快速抢答,不仅能很快吸引学生的注意力,激发他们的学习兴趣,同时也能帮助他们复习已学食物名称,为新知的教学做铺垫。让孩子们在轻松、愉悦的环境中学习知识。

Practice the new words together: sandwich \ sausage \ dish \ traditional \fish and chips\ delicious Play a bomb game(炸弹游戏是孩子们百玩不厌的游戏,而且这个游戏对于多个单词的综合操练效果最佳) 【设计意图】在本环节的新词教学中,我采用了不同的呈现手段和教学方法,引出新的学习内容,目的在于帮助学生在原有知识的基础上产生正迁移。在词汇呈现时一环扣一环,形式多样,避免了教师与学生、学生与学生之间单调、抽象、乏味的口头交流,取而代之的是喜欢的游戏、精美的直观画面。在单词操练时,我采用不同的方法——小喇叭游戏、猜谜游戏、炸弹游戏、高低音读、间隔的拼读等等,吸引了学生的注意力也也调动了他们的学习积极性。

教学反思:本节课是《新标准英语》五年级下册Module2Unit1What did she have for lunch ?第一课时的一节新授课。本节课的重点是学习用英语描述日常饮食习惯。主要句型是:What did she have for ...?

我认为本节课学习内容与饮食文化有关系,通过学习西方的饮食文化,进而对中西方文化进行比较学习,学生们应该比较喜欢这个话题。同时,考虑到五年级现在所学的知识是对前面所学习知识的巩固与梳理,因此我借此机会为学生复习了以前学过的食物名称的词汇,为了提高学生的英语认读能力,课堂上制作了课件,为学生收集了大量的食物词汇及图片,给了学生更为直观的视觉效果。

为了避免学生枯燥的操练,在教学中我运用了多个游戏穿插教学,使整个课堂气氛热烈,学生都表现积极。通过游戏的方式来激发学生的兴趣,整节课学生轻轻松松,给人感觉学生是在玩中学、学中玩。本节课的不足之处:我认为本节课我比较注重学生的认读能力的提高和重点句的交际功能,而忽视了学生书写的训练。我想一节优秀的英语课,应该是听、说、读、写、能力综合发展的。
