with you all .at the same time ,thank every leader and teachers give me such a chance ,Let’s study how to improve classroom teaching and how to raise teaching efficiency together .now the content of speaking lesson is Lesson 17 in Grade 5 people’s education of press ,

Step 1 .Speaking the text .

The Unit 3 is very important in the book ,especially Lesson 17 is transition period ,so this lesson seems very important for us . Important points :

1 .We also have performances in it on Children’s Day and New year’s Day .

2 .What do you do in the club ?

3 .We often sing and dance here .

4 .Are you interested in music ?

Yes ,I am good at playing the piano . Difficult points :

Let the students grasp the present tense ,especially spoken language in life . Step 2 .

.The teacher show some of photos about place to the students ,and ask them what place it is .

For instance :School ,Library ,Art room ,Dance room ,Music room ,park

.The teacher make a word of comand ,then let the students do like this what the teacher said .in order to review the old

phrases .

For example : Borrow books ,read stories , make things .observe things ,do listening ,speaking ,reading and writing and so on .

2 .Presentation . First of all ,let the students look at the video frequencies .then let them describe the scenes.if necessary ,the teacher may correct the mistakes with grammar ,at last , the teacher ask them : Do you know Liyan ? Do you know Liyan very well ? let’s realize her through the dialogue .Let the students listen to the tape with these questions ,then give the answers to them .decide to listen to the tape times according to actual situation .when students answer the questions ,the teacher tries to encourage them : For example :

Good , very good . great .excellent .you are clever and so on . Questions :

1 .Does liyan often have meetings in the meeting hall ?

2 .What does she do in the music club ?

3 .How many music classes does she have a week ?

4 .Is she interested in music ?

3 .Learning the new text . Let the students look at the books while they listen to the recorder ,at the same time ,let them find out new words and phrases ,guess the meaning of chinese according to the dialogue .in the end ,the teacher teaches them and let them make some sentences with words and phrases so that the students can understand the use of them easily .then let the students underline important or difficult sentenses ,the teacher tries to explain them slowly ,let them understand the use of them . For example :

Does Liyan often have meetings in the meeting hall ?

4 .Finishing task . Look at the pictures ,listen to the tape again ,then practice the dialogue in pairs . For example :

Come to the front and introduce the meeting hall or the music room .

Hello ,Mr ……,and Mrs…… ,this is ……… .

Do you often have meetings in the meeting hall ?

Yes ,and we often have performances in it .
