Unit 6 B Let’s learn 一、教学目标

1.

能听、说、读写单词：house, tree, building, bridge, village 2.

能听、说、读写句型：There is…和There are…

3.

能够运用句型：There are …和Are there…？来描述城市和乡村的景物。

二、教学重难点

1、重点：掌握5个单词：house, tree, building, bridge, village 2、难点：

利用所提供的情景以旧引新，让学生进入运用语言的状态。教师在正确示范的基础上带领学生熟悉掌握名词复数的运用和读音。

三、课前准备

1、教师准备本课时的单词卡片和图片。

2、教师准备Let’s learn部分的课件。

3、教师准备录音机和录音带。

4、教师课前在教室四周张贴一些景物图片，图片为本课单词（

如bridge等

）的图片。

四、教学过程

1、Warn-up

（1）Sing an English song.《At a nature park》

（2）Free talk

教师就学生所学过的内容或当时情景进行日常交际，目的在于运用语言

（3）Guessing game 教师用“There be”描述地点，让学生猜，如：school T：There are many teachers and students in this place. What place is it? 如：classroom, playground

2、Presentation

（1）图片导入What can you see?

a. 教师播放教学课件。内容为：一座美丽的城市，有蓝蓝的天空，白白的云，绿绿的草地，鲜艳的花朵，茂密的树木，高耸的楼群，宽宽的马路上还有疾驶的汽车。

T: It’s a beautiful city. Here lives a cat. His name is Jack. What can you see in Jack’s city?

b. 引导学生回答：I can see the blue sky. I can see many cars.…

c. 教师引导学生复习sky, cloud, grass, flower(s)，car(s)

（2）学习新单词building，tree，house 继续看图，T：What else can you see?引导学生说出“大楼”“树”和两边的“房子”。出示单词卡片building,tree,house,教师领读，学生跟读：

building--building--tall buildings house—house—small houses tree--tree—green trees There are many tall buildings. There are many small houses. There are many green trees （3）小结城市的景色

We can see many trees,cars,houses and tall buildings in the city. （4）教学单词：village,bridge

a.课件出示乡村场景图片：田野上有许多房子，有一条小河和一座小桥

T：This is a small village.领读village T: Here lives a cat too. Her name is Lucy. What can you see in Lucy’s village? 指着图上的小河，学生说：river 教师追问：What’s on the river? 指着图上的桥，引导学生说：A bridge. T:Are there any small houses in the village? Ss：Yes,there are.T：Yes, there are There are many small houses in the village . （5）小结

There are many small houses,a river and a bridge in the village. 教师播放城市和乡村的对比图，指着乡村的图片，说：Is this a city. 学生回答：No, it’s a village. （6）Role-play(city cat or village cat) a.师生示范对话,用Are there…？Yes, there are./ No,there aren’t. T：Hi,Lucy. S1: Hi,Jack. T: Are there any tall building in your village? S1:No,there aren’t. T：Are there any houses in your village? S1:Yes, there are. …

（7）学习Let’s learn a. 播放B部分Let’s learn 的教学课件，让学生跟读所有单词和句子。bidge, village, house, building, tree

Are there any lakes on the mountain? Yes,there is one. b.Pair work practice(替换练习) Are there…？Yes, there are./ No,there aren’t. （8）Write and say 看主图，用There be 句型写看到的景色，强调be动词的变化。

（9）描述新村庄面貌

a. 出示几幅新余姚新村庄图片，要求学生边看边说：

There are tall buildings in the village now. There are…

b.问答形式夸夸新村庄

Are there any…in the village ? Yes, there are./No,there aren’t.

3、Consolidation and extension

Game:教师将城市、乡村图片分别贴在黑板的下面，喜欢城市的学生介绍城市的优点，如:There are many cars in the city. 然后教师就在城市图片的上方贴一朵小花。类似的，喜欢乡村的学生则要介绍乡村的优点。最后看一看喜欢哪儿的学生最多。

4、Homework

画一画周围城市或乡村的景象，并作简单描述。鼓励学生运用新学单词和已经学

过的单词：

There is a big and beautiful park in the city. There are many flowers.

There are many green trees, too. „
