本单元的内容是Days and Months，在Lesson 7中对Months已经有了讲述，本课的主要内容是让学生能自己理解应用sun、cloud、rain、wind、snow这些名词，并且能很好的认读和识记。让学生把抽象的单词和实际物品之间建立良好的联系，便于记忆，为下节课How’s the

weather

today？打下良好的基础。

小学四年级的学生与三年级学生相比，在观察能力、思维能力、语言表达能力方面都有了较大的提高。他们喜欢新鲜、有趣的课堂，能在新颖的教学活动与游戏中积极参与，互动交流。

Book4 Lesson 10 Rain and Sun 1、能听、说、读、写四会单词：rain , sun , hot , snow, cold 并能灵活运用。

2、能灵活运用第一部分的句型描述太阳、云、雨等事物。

1、学生能把所学的单词运用到句子中，并能够看图说句子。

2、能运用本课所学单词和句式进行简单的对话，结合实际情况表达自己的感情和意愿。

3、学生能学会唱The Month Song 通过学习用英语说出关于天气的词语，把所学语言与学生的实际生活结合起来，形成积极地学习态度，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养学生自主学习英语的能力以及交流与合作的能力。

Step1. Greeting and Warm up

教师活动

1、Teacher introduces herself T: Hello, boys and girls. I’m new. Do you want to know me?

2、Free talk with students. T: Let me know you.

What’s your name? How are you? How old are you?...

T：I like to play games. Step2. Do you like to play a game? Okay. Play a game.

Step3. New concepts

1、SsT shows the photos she took before. T: I like to take pictures. There are many beautiful pictures. 2、T: Look at this picture. What is it? It’s the sun. This is the sun. The sun is hot. Can you read these words? Duck, bus, run, fun

3、T: Look! What’s this? Learn“cloud”.

T: What can you see in the picture? T: This is a cloud. This is the rain.

T: Can you say something about the “cloud” and the “rain”?

学生活动

1、Ss say “Yes, yes, yes” when they hear the right sentence about the teacher, and say”No, no, no” when it is not. 2、Greet with teacher.

Ss play the game together to review the words about months, feeling and other things.

1、Ss look at the pictures and try to get the new words.

2、Ss read the new word “sun”, and say some sentences about the sun and try to read the words with letter “u”.

设计思路

教师先向学生介绍自己，用语言和肢体动作夸张地表达，学生在“Yes, yes, yes”和“No, no, no”的活动中活跃了课堂气氛。

师生口语对话，拉近教师与学生的距离，营造宽松和谐的课堂氛围。

通过头脑风暴游戏，帮助学生有效地复习有关月份、冷暖感受、花草树木以及日常生活短语等，为新授知识做铺垫。

学生在观看老师拍摄的美丽的自然景观时，感知新授知识点。

学生自读“太阳”，

并说出简单的句子。练习句子的同时，学会语言的表达。并通过语音的学习，拓展词汇的归纳运用。

Step4. Practice

1、let’s listen, read and answer. T: First, just listen. T: Then, look at the three questions. T: This time, listen and repeat. T: Now, let’s answer.

2、Let’s practice.

Play a game to practice the four sentence patterns“This is the …”

“It’s …”

“I … in the …”

“I like…”

4、Ss listen carefully and try to say it.

S1：Look at the wind. The wind is warm. I go for a walk in the wind.

S2: This is wind. The wind is cool. I play football in the wind. …

5、Ss watch the video, get the new word thenselves and say the words“snowball, snowman”

Chant together. 教师有效的提问，你在风中做哪些活动？这个问题打开了学生的思维，学生可以将学习过的日常生活短语在句子中灵活运用，还可以描述动植物在春风或秋风中跳舞、玩耍，拓展了学生的词汇运用，还丰富了课堂内容。

学生通过观看雪的视频，感受雪的世界，在句子中灵活运用snow进行表达。

学生巩固操练新授知识。

1、Ss listen

听读训练旨在carefully. 将文本再现，从听Ss look at the three 到读再到回答，这questions. 个过程体现学生对Ss listen and repeat. 知识的学习是循序Ss try to answer. 渐进的，这样的设计层层递进，符合学生的认知规律。

2、Ss play the game in pairs and say some sentences together.

两人一组游戏，旨在练习运用句型，将新学知识加以巩固运用，使学生不仅体会学习的乐趣，更重要的是体验合作学习的快乐！
