教学背景分析

1. 教学内容分析

本单元主要围绕“坐火车去北京旅行”的话题展开。重点学习了Please don’t 祈使句的否定形式；问句Would you like some…? 现在进行时态；如何在火车站及其它场合制止不当行为；如何表达饮食意愿；如何描述火车上正在发生的事情等。本课是一节故事课，是对本单元内容的整合复习。

学情分析

学生已经基本掌握了本单元主要内容，初步有了整体感知，只要突破难点障碍，学生就能够迅速了解故事梗概。五年级大部分学生的英语学习态度还比较积极，有一定的表现力，学生也具有了一定的知识储备，语言输出灵活，表演有创意，教师在教学设计中一定要充分利用到这个特点，设计好排演、表演环节，激发他们表演的欲望，使他们把本篇故事的主旨理解地更加透彻。

教学目标

1. 能够在图片帮助下理解故事内容，把握中心思想。

2. 能够按照正确的意群及语音、语调朗读故事。

3. 能够在图片的提示和教师的帮助下表演故事，能恰当运用故事中的语言，在学习故事的过程中提高语言水平。

教学过程

Step 1：Prepare to read （1）教师和学生进行自由对话，启发学生说出在火车站等车时可以做的事情。

T: Good morning, boys and girls.

Ss: Good morning,. T: Now look at the picture. What is it? Where is it? (It’s a train station.) T: If you want to take a train, you’ll go to the train station. Right? T: What do you do at the train station?

（通过幻灯片提示）You can listen to music, read books, read the newspaper, get the tickets…

（设计意图：通过幻灯片展示让学生了解在火车站可以做的事情，为学习本课内容作铺垫。）

（2）启发学生说出在火车站不能做的事情。

T: What can’t you do at the train station?

（通过幻灯片提示）：Sing loudly, smoke, run, forget (忘记) your clothes…

（3）将在火车站可做和不可做的事情梳理、提炼，让学生再次复习表达。

（幻灯片出示表格）

T: You can’t do like this. But Danny does. What happened to Danny? It happens at the train station.Listen to the story and number the pictures. （设计意图：通过幻灯片展示让学生了解在火车站不可以做的事情，使学生轻松愉快的学习本课内容，。）

Step 2：Read （1）

播放录音，给图片标号。让学生整体了解故事情节。

T: Have you got the answer? Only a few students have finished. It doesn’t matter. Now open your books and read it silently and then check your answers. （2）

让学生初读文本，再次核实答案。
