Step 1: Revision and lead -in 1.greet with ss by asking and answer “Hello ,I’m Miss White , what’s your name ?”then let the ss ask and answer in pairs 2.Revise the letters “Aa –

Gg ”by the game “find the right letters and words ”

3.The teacher shows the letter and word cards let the ss look and say Step 2: presentation T:hello , I’m Miss Shi , what’s your name ?

T: How are you ? SA: I’m fine (lead the good student to answer.) PPT

Then ask the calss : How are you ? Ss :I’m fine , thank you . (Help them to answer and repeat the answe again and again till they can say correctly ) T：Explain how are you ?

是用于熟人之间有一段时间没有见面，或是对方身体欠佳，或是较为正式的向别人打扫呼等场合。不是每次见面都必须这样问候。每天见面时要用Hello!/Hi就可以了。

Step 3 :listen Play the tape “Let’s talk ”for the ss to listen and repeat .then the ss read the dailoger together .and ask and answer in pairs . Step 4.practice Let the ss act out the dilogues in groups .ask some pairs to perform in front of the class . Let the ss speak out their difficult sentences that the can’t understand .lead to “This is …”

Step 4 Presentation This is …by pointing one of the ss and say : This is Wang Yuanbo, let the ss practice saying “This is ... then explain this is …用于给对方介绍别人……。
