Guo Lan Teaching aim:To know something about Easter. Teaching keys and difficulties: 1.Understand the culture of Easter. 2. Can read the passage and speak it freely. Teaching method:lead-in Teaching aids:PPT Teaching procedures: Step 1.Greetings

Step 2.Review 1.Review the months of the year. 2.Review the time of seasons. Step 3.Lead in 1.Talk about the festivals in four seasons. 2.--Do you know Easter?When is Easter?

--It’s in spring. Step 4.Presentation 1.Introduce some information of Easter.

2.Learn the text with two questions by pictures and radio. 3.Work in group to discuss the questions and answer. 4.Listen to the whole text ,try to read it. 5.Teach the difficulty words,add some important explanation. Step 5.Practise 1.Read the text after T. 2.Read the text in group. 3.Retell the text in group. 4.Retell the text to class.

Step 6.Homework

Try to make an Easter egg and a card,then give them to your friends.
