教材分析

该课是七年级上册第九单元第三课时，主要学习一周中星期一到星期天的表达方式，掌握学科的表达，学习用because和表达品质的形容词给予理由；学习what,why,when引导的特殊疑问句，谈论自己或他人喜欢的科目、其原因以及每节课的上课时间。教学主题与学生现实学习生活紧密相关。

学情分析

八年级学生英语学***两极分化严重，成绩好的敢于开口表达自己，成绩不好的同学对于学习不是很感兴趣，学习有点吃力。所以我们在英语教学中要多运用不同方式来激发学生的学习兴趣，让他们体会到学习的乐趣。该课运用了师生对话、生生对话、观看动画视频、男女生游戏比赛、倾听英文歌曲（跟唱、随音乐鼓掌）、小组读单词、男女生读单词，个别同学读，大小声、中英读单词，图片展示相关单词、pair work、group work等多种教学形式调动学生学习积极性，吸引学生注意力，以完成教学任务。

教学过程

Step I Warm-up and Revision

1.

The teacher asks a girl: “What’s your favorite subject?”

The girl answers: “My favorite subject is... ”

Then the teacher points to the girl and asks the other students : “What’s her favorite subject?”

The other students: “Her favorite subject is... ” In the same way asks a boy: “What’s your favorite subject?”, and then asks the other students : “What’s his favorite subject?”

The other students: “His favorite subject is... ”

Watch a video, and answer two questions.

Question 1: What’s the bird’s favorite subject? ---Math. Question 2: What’s the bird’s favorite subject? ---Art. 3.

Step II New teaching 1.

Music time:

It’s time for music, let's enjoy a song. Ask the students to stand up and sing along with the music. 让全班同学起立，跟着音乐鼓掌唱歌，以熟悉表示一周七天的英文单词。

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Monday follows Sunday

Tuesday follows Monday Wednesday follows Tuesday

Then Thursday comes along Friday follows Thursday

Saturday follows Friday

Sunday follows Saturday

And that’s the week day song.

强调一周共有七天

(There are 7 days in a week)，周日是一周的第一天

(Sunday is the first day of the week)。

教师先升降调带读所有表示星期的单词，然后重点教授几个新单词

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (提醒学生注意th /ө/ 的发音), Sunday。

用不同的方式教授这几个单词

(分小组读、抽个别学生读，老师说中文、学生说英文读、男女生读等形式)。

让学生观察这些单词之间的相同点：①They are all end of day. ②首字母要大写，因为表示星期的词是专有名词。③缩写形式一般取前面的3个字母，或者4个5个字母。

提问星期通常用句型：What day is it today(今天)? 回答：It’s ... today.

以当天为例，提问今天是星期几，请一位同学回答。

最后通过周一至周五weekdays引出形容词busy (忙碌的), 周六周日weekends引出形容词free (空闲的)。

首先老师与一位学生示范对话，然后给学生们几分钟时间自由对话，老师在教室走动以提供帮助，再请几组同学展示对话，教师给出评价与鼓励。

Step IV New drills & Practice 1.

Show two pictures “School Schedule” and “music class”. Ask the students: “What class is it?”

The students answer: “Music class.”

Present the new sentences. 呈现新句型

 When is your music class? It’s on Wednesday.

=When do you have music? I have music on Wednesday.

 When is your P.E. class? It’s on Tuesday, and Thursday . =When do you have P.E. class ? I have P.E. on Tuesday and Thursday .

When is your English class? It’s on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. =When do you have English ? I have English every day(每天).

通过以上三个例子，让同学们总结提问课程时间的两种句型：

Step V Listening 1.

Let’s meet David! On Tuesday, David meets his good friend Eric on the school bus.听一听他们说了些什么事情? 用故事形式引出听力内容，吸引学生注意。

Pre-listening: Monday 25th英语中, 同时出现日期和星期,一般先说星期, 后说

日期。twenty-fifth的缩写是25th。A.M上午，P.M.下午。

Step VI Consolidation 1.

教学反思

本节课首先通过师生对话复习上节课学过的句型，由What’s your favorite subject?--My favorite subject is... 转到第三人称What’s her/his favorite subject?-- Her/His favorite subject is...接着观看视频和游戏比赛让学生继续复习掌握本单元的重点单词和句型，通过英文歌曲Days of the week, 让学生在轻松的环境中学会一周七天的表达，及其语言点。再通过周一至周五weekdays引出形容词busy (忙碌的), 周六周日weekends引出形容词free (空闲的)，通过图片教授几组形容词busy-free, boring-interesting/fun/cool, difficult-easy。对话给出范例，先师生对话，再生生对话。教学内容丰富多彩，形式多样，学生很感兴趣。操练的对话是关于谈论自己或他人喜欢的科目、其原因以及每节课的上课时间，该主题与学生现实学习生活是紧密相关的，所以学生能有话说，可以表达自己的想法。不足的地方，学生两极分化严重，成绩好、大胆的同学敢于用英语展示自己，但成绩差的同学不敢抢答题目，不敢与同伴展示对话，课堂参与度有所欠缺。听力部分，学生听力水平较弱，需要反复听几遍才能真正听懂听力内容，所以在今后的教学中还需多给学生听的机会，以提高学生的听力水平。还有本节课教学内容较多，课堂时间有限，潜能生口语操练不够，以后的课堂应给更多的同学锻炼的机会，做到关注所有的学生。
