教学反思：在这堂课里，学生的积极性还没有完全的调动起来，热身活动做的不是很到位；课前分组不是很到位；有几个教学活动没有考虑到全体同学参与，应该尽量的让全员参与教学活动中；个别活动的设计可以更加贴近学生。
