Lesson 15: Where Do You Live ? 教学目标：

（一）知识目标：

1.重点单词：house ,apartment，floor. 2.句型：Where do you live ? I live in a/an……

（二）能力目标：能够熟练掌握单词：house，apartment，floor的听、说、读、写以及对句型：Where do you live ? I live in ……的实际运用。

（三）情感态度与价值观：根据小学生的特点，引导他们在宽松和谐的气氛中学习英语，调动他们学习英语并熟练运用英语的热情。

教学准备：录音机、录音带或教学光盘

教学过程：

Step1.Class Opening and Review. 1、Greeting: 2、Review： house ,apartment ,apartment building ,near ,far ,school ,park , 通过变换不同的形式让学生读出这些单词。

Step2. New Concepts 1、出示图片：

T : (Point to the picture of house .) What is it ? S: This is a house . T: 把图片贴在黑板上，并在图下方板书：a house 以此形式学习单词apartment ，并板书：an apartment 2. Look at the blackboard and read the words a few times . Discuss: What’s different ? 提醒学生注意a 和an的不同。

出示图片apartment building ，

T: What’s this ? S: This is an apartment building . 教师用图片演示：An apartment is in an apartment building . T: Where do you live ?(板书) 并用house ,apartment图片提示学生，让学生回答。

S: I live in a house /an apartment .

T: Is it near school ? S: Yes, it is. /No, it’s far from the school. 板书：near，far from 3. 学生两人一组，以Where do you live? I live in______为内容练习对话。

4. Practice: 在黑板上贴上图片

park school Ask the students make dialogue such as: S1: Where do you live? S2: (According to the picture that the teacher show him and answer) I live in a house /an apartment. S1: Is it near the school /park? S2: (根据教师在黑板上摆放图片的位置回答) Yes, it is. / No, it’s far from school/park.
