一、教学目标

1、能正确地听、说、读、单词Children’s Day,balloon, clown, appear, begin 2、能正确地听、说、读句型What are you going to bring to the party? I’m going to...Are we going to eat or play with the toys first? 3、能正确地理解、朗读课文内容，并能在老师指导下复述和进行生动地表演。

4、通过老师的提问，对课文内容进行预测、想象，培养学生的思维能力。

5、通过学习谈论派对计划的内容，让学生明白“做任何事要做好充分的准备，才能成功”的道理。

二、教学重点

三、教学难点

2、通过老师的提问，学生对课文内容进行预测、想象，培养学生的思维能力。

3、通过老师的引导，学生自主发现一般将来时，并会谈论计划。

四、教学准备

课件，板书，练习纸，小丑的假发、鼻子，纸质气球

五、教学过程

Step1 Warming up 1、Greetings 2、Free talk T: Boys and girls, today we’ll learn Unit5 A party. What party do you know? S: Birthday party, Christmas party, Halloween party, Easter party, Thanksgiving Day party... T: So there are many parties in our life. To have a party, we should prepare. What should we think about? S: 引导学生说出who, when, where, what things, what to do

Step 2 Presentation and practice 1、Look and think导入课文

出示课文孩子们讨论派对的图片

T: Look at this picture. The children are going to have a party. Who are they? 板贴黑板人物图片，学生齐说

T: Hpw many children are there? S: Five. T: Is it a small party or a big party? S: A small party. T: What about China? Do we usually have big parties or small parties? S: We usually have big parties. 出示Tip: 在西方国家，以几个人的小型派对为多；在中国，以人数多的大型派对为多。

2、学习课文引言，解决when,where T: So we know the children are going to have a small party. When is the party? Where is the party? Listen and answer: 引出Children’s Day/this Sunday, at Mike’s house板书贴上

3、学习48页正文

（1）T: Just now, we learned the party’s time, place, and people, now let’s learn what the children are preparing. Read and match出示Tip:快速阅读P48的内容，并在文中画出关键的句子;再完成练习纸上的连线。校对。

T:出示课文内容，老师询问 What is Su Hai/Wang Bing/ Yang Ling going to bring to the party? 学生齐读书上语句，老师的板书词组卡片贴上去 （2）Let’s think T: So they are going to bring different things to the party. Why their things different? S: Because they talked about the plans for the party. T: How do they talk about plans? How to ask and answer? S: What are you going to bring to the party? I’m going to... T: Do Chinese people bring things to a party? S: No, they don’t. 出示Tip:在西方国家，以自带物品的小型派对为多；在中国，以准备好物品的大型派对为多。

T: Let’s talk about the plans. 师生根据板书对话。

Let’s guess T: What is Liu Tao going to bring to the party? Guess! S: Maybe he’s going to bring...to the party.

4、学习49页课文上半部分 Read in groups T: So what is Liu Tao going to bring to the party? Let’s have a look. 请一个学生读49页第一句旁白，第一组读Mike,第2-4组读Children T: Just then, a clown appears. 教学新单词clown,appear 通过cow\how让学生读出clown；通过about\ear让学生读出appear

T: Who wants to act a clown?让学生上台扮演小丑，戴好假发和小丑鼻子，抛橡皮，展现一个滑稽的小丑形象，再读clown, A clown appears. 引导学生问小丑：Who are you? Clown: I’m Liu Tao. Here are some balloons for you.做出给气球的动作

教学balloon S:引导学生说出Thank you. 老师做旁白，第一组演Mike，其余演Children,再和小丑演一演对话。

T: So what is Liu Tao going to bring to the party? S: He’s going to bring some balloons to the party.老师把板书贴上去。

5、学习49页课文下半部分

T: Now it’s party time.放一段卡通音乐

T: Now the party begins.教学begin, 意思是start 让一个学生读读Liu Tao的话: Are we going to eatfirst

? 指导学生读读

or play with the toys

让学生注意:or选择疑问句：是指提出两个或两个以上可能的答案供对方选择。让对方根据实际情况进行选择回答

的句式。

T: Are they going to eat first or play with the toys first? S: Play with the toys first. T: How do you know? S: Because Mike says ‘Let’s have some fun first.’板书贴上去

T: Excellent! So they are very happy. They shouted... S: Hooray!

6、Let’s imagine T: What are the children going to do next? S: Maybe they are going to ...next. T: What are they going to do after the party? S: Maybe they are going to ... 出示派对礼仪：Don't stay for a long time after the party. You should say thank you to the host（主人） before you leave.

7、看卡通，跟读录音

8、出示升降调及重音标志，学生齐读课文

9、Reading time 四人一组朗读

10、Let’s compare: P48和P49页上的时态有何不同？学生自主发现，说出48页是一般将来时be going to+动词原形

Step3 Consolidation

1、Try to retell 看黑板一齐复述

2、Act the story 分角色表演课文，五人上台扮演课文中的人物，小丑戴好小丑装扮。其余同学当旁白。要语言正确、流利、生动哦！

3、From this story,we know: To have an exciting party, 为了有激动人心的聚会
