一、教学内容：

1、能听懂、会说、会读单词：get，Hong Kong，next week，tangyuan，food，firecrackers，fireworks，lion dance，red packet，Chinese New Year’s Eve，Chinese New Year’s Day。

3、能初步理解并朗读课文。

4、能在理解课文的基础上讲述Anna一家是如何过中国新年的。

5、能通过学习，感受中国春节的意义。

Step1 Warm-up 课前播放视频. 1.Good morning, boys and girls. Nice to meet you. We watched a video just now.

What festival is it? It is Chinese New Year. Let's read " Chinese New Year "(贴课题) T: What else can we say? 引导学生说Spring Festival T：When is Chinese New Year？

S：It’s in January or February. 教师出示PPT，讲解It’s on the first of January in lunar calendar. 2017 is the year of the Rooster, and 2018 is the year of the Dog. They have different names. Look, there are two calendars. Look, we call it Chinese New Year’s Day.（学习Chinese New Year’s Day贴词条）When was Chinese New Year’s Day in 2017？

引导学生回答It was on the 28th of January. T: It was on the 28th of January in gregorian calendar. When’s Chinese New Year’s Day in 2018？

S:It’s on the 16th of February in 2018 .

Look at the calendar. The 16th of February is Chinese New Year's Day. The 17th of February is the second day of Chinese New Year. The 15th of February is Chinese New Year's Eve. 教授Chinese New Year's Day，the second day of Chinese New Year，Chinese New Year's Eve，并贴时间词组条。
