(5mins) The teacher leads to the topic of tense by using a picture. T: As you can see, today we are going to learn something concerning tenses. In particular present perfect progressive. To begin with, I’d like to show you a picture, behind which there is a sad story. The teacher shows a picture and tells the story. Based on the story, the

teacher introduces the difference between Chinese and English in terms of tenses. Where there is difference, where there lies difficulty. Stage2 Grammar presentation

Of the ten required tenses, the topic for this class---present perfect progressive is a combination of present perfect and present progressive, two tenses that the students are already familiar with. 整节课下来，教师讲的部分过多，在呈现部分，guided discovery method的实践过程中没有给学生足够的时间和机会，答案呈现有点着急。练习部分，设计的个

别练习题没有区分和排除掉相似语法结构的影响。后面巩固练习部分设计的题对学生要求较高，本堂课的目标语法不够突出。整体来说，时间把握上还需锤炼。另外，部分课堂指令还可以更加简洁明了，这也是保证课堂进度的条件之一。
