This class is about stories. Since it is now closely related to the Story retelling part in the Listening and Speaking Test, it is also a perfect teaching material for Senior 2 Ss. Stories are interesting and easy to understand, thus very popular among students. The problem is that Ss lack some systematic and detailed guidance on how to tell a story. So this lesson will focus on how to tell a story effectively. （本节课主题是“故事”，因其与高考英语听说考试的第三部分：故事复述联系紧密，故将其改编成一节高二听说课。故事类题材通俗易懂，在学生中是比较受欢迎的，但是学生比较缺少的是在“讲”故事方面系统性的指导，所以本堂课将以此为教学重点）

教学设计思路

These are top students of science in Grade 2, most of whom are boys and have a strong interest in English learning. However, due to their shyness, they mostly prefer reading or writing to speaking. Besides, they can do better in reading aloud but still have difficulty in expressing their own ideas about something. So while teaching, the teacher should lead them to speaking step by step to help them build their confidence and then speak English loudly in face of others. （理科重点班学生对英语学习有着比较浓厚的兴趣，但是男生占多数的他们更愿意选择书面的读写训练而羞于口语表达，即便是在口语训练中，他们比较擅长朗读而不是口语表达。所以本堂课中，教师将逐步引导并通过小组活动等来帮助学生建立“说”的信心。）

教学过程
