Teaching Plan Feeling Excited 一、教学内容:Unit4 Vocabulary of Book8 二、教学目标:

1、语言知识目标

能听懂简单的心情表达,会简单地表达自己的心情及原因。

2、语言技能目标

(1)听:能听懂简单的心情表达及原因。

(2)说:能使用本课时所学习的知识How do you feel? I am….Why are you …? Because I ….进行简单的问答。

(3)读:能读出本课时的单词及句子。

(4)写:能写出本课时的四会单词:tired, angry, excited, sad, stayed up late, got a kitten and got a poor grade 3、

情感态度目标

培养学生自主学习的能力,培养学生的合作意识和自主探究能力,以及让学生了解颜色的相关文化知识等。

4、学习策略目标

通过情境教学、pair work、小组合作和游戏教学等方法引导学生进行有效学习,培养学生形成端正的学习态度,养成良好的学习习惯以及掌握高效的学习方法。

三、学情分析:

本课时的教学对象是六年级的学生。学生从三年级开始学习英语,到目前为止,已学习了三年多英语,有一定的英语基础。另外,学生学习英语的兴趣浓厚。学习本课时内容前,他们已掌握了happy,,

get, great, break, broke, got an A等单词。

四、教学重点和难点

1、教学重点

四会单词:tired, angry, excited, sad, stayed up late, got a kitten and got a poor grade 2、教学难点

表达心情的原因Why are you …? Because I …. 五、教具准备

PPT课件,单词卡片等。

六、教学过程

Step1:Warm-up 1.

Ask and answer T:(1)What’s the weather like today? (2)What was the weather like yesterday? (3)What did you do yesterday? (4)What did_________do yesterday? (5)Did you have a good day or a bad day? (设计意图:通过日常问题,拉近学生与教师间的距离。)

2.Chant :Chant of Unit3 (1)You had a good day. (Stand up and chant) (2)You had a bad day.(Stand up and chant) (设计意图:通过Chant,活跃课堂气氛。)

Step2:Presentation

Lead-in T:They are my friends. They are Peter, May, Lisa, Tom and Ben. Did they have a good day? Let’s see. Did May have a good day? Ss:Yes, May is happy. (设计意图:层层引入,你们有好的一天。May, Lisa, Peter, Tom与Ben是我的朋友。那么他们有怎样的一天呢?好的?还是不好的呢?他们的心情怎样呢?设计悬念,激发学生的求知欲。)

Present How does May feel? She is/feels happy./How does Lisa feel? She/ is excited. He is/sad/angry/tired. (设计意图:在语景中学习新单词,利用旧单词,学习新单词。) (2)

Play a game T:You did a good job. OK. Let’s play a game. Game:One group is excited. One group is sad. One group is tired. One group is angry. Look at the pictures, stand up and say the word quickly. You don’t say it right. You just stand up.) (设计意图:因为你们做的好,奖励游戏,对学生的学习进行肯定,通过游戏,巩固新知识,为下一步学习做铺垫。)

(设计意图:通过pair work,猜测,让每个学生都有机会说英语。) 3)Present broke my window(Use the sentences and guess in Why are you angry? Because Jenny broke my window. (设计意图:通过pair work,让每个学生都有机会说英语。另外,通过猜测,增加学生知识面。)

4)Present stayed up late T: Peter is tired. How about you? Ask and answer in groups.

(设计意图:任选一幅图,pair work,扩展学生的知识面,让各层面的学生都会说英语。学生画累的表情,加深对tired这个单词的理解。) Step3: Consolidation 1.Group work: Do a survey. Ask and answer with the sentences. (1)
