4、让学生知道书籍的重要性，鼓励学生多读书。

Step 1. Warming up 1.Chant.Let’s go to the library. 【设计意图】利用chant提前渗透所学内容，并以此激发学生的学习兴趣，活跃课堂气氛。

2. Revision 课件出示有关上节课的句型，让学生选择单词填入句型，从而复习上节的内容。

之后出示图片，让学生看图片用句型Here’s…Let’s…进行描述，检查学生是否学会使用句型。

Step 2. Presentation 1.通过一个谜语引出e-book的教学。

2.让我们打开电子书。有两个小朋友，他们要去做什么？谁能猜一猜？引出They’er going to do a science project about animals.从而教读project。

3.So they must find some information on this topic.引出on this topic的教学。

4.But how to find information? 让学生看图提空。

We can find information from books/CDs/films/guides.即让学生学会使用新句型，又用句型引出新的单词films和guides进行教读。

5.出示不同的指南。

This is a guide for us to get information from the school library. This is a guide for us to have a trip in Xi’an. This is a guide for us to take photos. 让学生熟悉课文中的句型。

6.We can find information from books,CDs,films,and guides.There are so many ways to find information.引出way的教学。

7.Except these,we can find information on the Internet as well.从而引出as well的教学。

8.I think it’s the best way to find information on the Internet.Because it’s quickly and convenient. 9.But what about children?How can they find information?从而引出课文的教学。

Step 3. Practice 1.请学生自读课文，并思考问题：

Where can you find information about animal? 2.请学生小组练读课文，然后选择适合的等级进行展示。

Step 4. Consolidation 1.音标时间。

用所学音标及以前学过的单词，让学生学会拼读新词的读音。2.语言应用。

Amy遇到了两个问题，一个是有一些单词不认识，改如何解决。另一个是鲁迅她不是很了解，该如何了解鲁迅？请学生根据情景编对话。

Step 5. Summary 世界上有很多的书，书是人类的朋友，在生活中无论遇到什么困难，向它们求助，它们都不会弃你而去，请学生多读书。

Step 6.Homework 请学生谈一谈学校的图书馆，并写下来。可以参考句型：
