Analysis of the material: The content is mainly talking about the feelings of people in our daily life. Teaching objectives: Knowledge objective: Ss can catch the new words: farm, angry and bored as well as the sentence pattern:--Are you feeling happy/angry/tired...? --Yes, I’m./No, I’m not. Ability objective: Ss can use the knowledge to express their feelings in daily life correctly. Emotional objective :Ss can have a better understanding of foreign culture and find happiness from English study. Key points and Difficult points: Key point: Ss will master the words and expressions of feelings comprehensively. Difficult point: Ss can distinguish the different feeling expressions correctly. Ss sing a happy song together after the Audio first.

2.Presentation

First, T lead the Ss to learn the key words with the help of the PPT and word cards, Ss read the new words several times after T.

Then, T shows a flash to teach the sentence patterns which includes” ask and answer”.

At last, T helps Ss practice the sentences and teach the difficult pronunciation. Design purpose: It’s a direct way to teach the words and sentences, also it can make the class relax and interesting. 3.Practice and consolidation

T organizes 2 games:

words game and making dialogues. Design purpose: The games can improve the Ss’ enthusiasm and help them have a better understanding of the lesson. 4.Summary

T uses a chant to end the class. Design purpose: It can help the Ss grasp the main idea comprehensively. 5.Homework Ss talk about their feelings with their parents and friends.
