S1：Beijing is the capiatal of China.. S2:These two cities are far away from each other. 在黑板上画出表格，在城市旁边标上交通工具和需要的时间，并板书How long does it take… It takes about…句型。

….. 出示listen and say的图片，播放录音，学生边听边看图片。教师板书capital far away from，用look and learn的图片解释west和east的词义。让学生检查表格内时间是否正确，指出错误的地方并说出正确时间。
