五．教学过程

Step 1

Greetings 1.

师生问候

复习学过的动物、国家、城市名的单词：China, Canada, Beijing, rabbit ,horse为上课做好铺垫。

Step 2

Lead-in 创设情景

Hi，Li Ling. How are you today ? Fine, thank you. Where do you live?（翻译：你住在哪儿？）引导学生回答“I live in…”写下他说的单词。

再问另一名学生Where do you live? 引导她说出她居住的城市名，老师写在黑板上。

复习学过的城市名，板书Where do you live? 和回答I live in…

Step 3

New words 1.

出示几张学过的动物图片，角色扮演，如：一人扮演tiger，另一人扮演fish,对话：Where do you live，tiger? I live in the mountains.(板书mountain，教读) Where do you live，fish? I live in the rivers and lakes.( 板书river, 教读) 2.

用同样的方法教读earth,并复习earth在第一课里的含义“泥土”，camel和desert，forest, sea, grassland,教读，分组读，开火车读，最后抽读。

3.把刚才的动物图片发给其他同学，用同样的问题问Where do you live，tiger? I live in the mountains.当他回答完后，问其他同学Where does he live? 引导学生回答He lives in the mountains.重点指出lives；再问fish “Where do you live，fish? I live in the rivers and lakes.”问其他同学Where does

live?,引导学生回答She lives in the rivers and lakes. 给两个同学发一张camel 和desert的卡片，让这两个同学仿编对话，然后问剩下的同学

“Where does he/she live?”及回答“He/She lives in……”

4.学生仿编对话，分小组角色扮演。教师四周走动，检查他们完成的情况。请某两组同学上前表演，并一起纠正或学习做得好的地方。

Step 4

Conclusion We have learned many words, what are they?一起说出单词river、mountain、sea、forest、desert、grassland、camel和the earth. Some dialogues:
