本单元是在复习巩固一般现在时的基础上，来询问别人和表达自己的意愿，进而介绍某景点或城市的特征。本课话题贴近学生生活实际，因此教师可以利用学生周围的实际生活，诱导学生运用本课所学的新语言，积极实践，激发学习积极性。

（1）正确运用“want to”来谈论自己意愿并介绍他人意愿。正确运用“Do you want…? Does he/she want…?”询问别人意愿及其回答以及一般现在时的用法。

（2）用英语谈论意愿。

“want”在主语是第三人称单数时的转换以及一般现在时的用法。

（1）全体学生能运用Do you want to visit the UN building in New York?谈论意愿并介绍某景点或城市的特征。

教材分析

全体学生能理解和运用：want；部分学生能运用词汇：around, all around, member 教 学
