【教学内容】

本单元的话题是介绍手工作品及制作所需的材料，以Ms Guo的学生Alice ,Jill等想要为家人和朋友制作礼物为线索，复习一般现在时和现在进行时句型，如：

What do you want to make? What do you need?

What are you making?等Wh-questions及其回答，在讨论交流的过程中复习前面学过的美术用品及文具类词汇，学习新词scissors及tape等。

故事《鲁班和锯子》培养学生的阅读能力，学习如何总结故事，培养善于思考的精神;复习一般过去时，尤其关注不规则变化的动词，如cut，make。

【教学反思】

本课的重点是，掌握四会单词glue , tape, scissors 和两组重点句型“ What do you want to make? I want to make… What do you need? I need …”

在教学中，我以给女儿做生日礼物 crown 引出制作需要的材料。通过数量上的对比，让学生明白glue 和 tape 是不可数名词，在句中使用时要在前面加上some 一词。接着运用句子

“What do you want to make?”提问学生，把主动权交给学生，把课堂交给学生，让学生在小组内自由提问以此巩固句型以及四会单词。

听、说、读、写、演在课堂上都有展现，培养了学生的综合能力。尤其是演的过程，训练了学生的口语表达能力，提高了学生的学习兴趣，增加了课堂的趣味性。

不足：

1.因为时间关系，在复习巩固单词的环节，只重视了旧知的呈现，没有对学生的预习进行检测，下次可以利用早午读进行。
