一、教学目标
1. To bring up the abilities of listening, speaking and reading. 2. To train students to write a letter to sb. 3. Encourages the student to study the knowledge to use in the life. 二、教学重点难点

三、教学过程
Step Ⅰ. 1. Listening 1) Q: Talk something about the pictures. Who wrote a letter to Xiaoxiao? 2) Listen to the tape. 2. Studying 1) Learn the new words: mail/aloud/envelope/inside 2) Learn the dialogue: Is there any mail for me? I see something inside the envelope. 3. Work in groups 1) Read the dialogue with other students. Is there any mail for me? I see something inside the envelope. Pardon me? 2) Ask students to act out the dialogue. 4. Acting A: There is a letter from Jenny. B: Great! Let me see. A: Please read it aloud. B: I see something inside the envelope. A: Oh! It’s a picture of Jenny.
B: So great! Step Ⅱ. 1. Listening Q: Ask student to say something that they heard. 2. Studying
