一、教学内容分析

Learning about language共分4部分。第一部分是词形间的转化：名词变形容词、动词变名词、形容词变名词。这一部分是用来应对高考题第三部分第二节（大部分是用所给词的适当形式填空）。学生应灵活掌握这种词形间转变的规律。所以这一部分是很好的一个锻炼的机会。第二部分是同义词或短语间的替换。这一部分有助于学生对这一单元新学的词汇的运用和理解。有助于学生灵活运用词汇。第三部分是用所给词语的适当形式完成短文。同样，这一部分是用来应对高考题第三部分第二节，只是出题形式略有不同。第四部分是根据三幅图画，运用所给词汇，描述图画内容。这一部分是用来应对高考题第四部分第二节的写作题。这一部分以有趣的图画，引导学生展开想象、组织语言、大声说出口。这一部分是本节课最难的一部分，也是最重要的一部分，这是对学生综合能力的锻炼。

教学目标

1. Knowledge and ability:

(1) All students know how to add proper suffix to a word to transform the part of speech of a word.

(2) All students use news words and phrases flexibly.

(3) Most students can understand the text and successfully add the proper form of the words to the text.

(4) Most students can describe the pictures in his own words to other students, and it is better for them to use the advanced sentence pattern in their description. 2. Process and method:

(1) All students practice certain skills about transforming words. (2) All students learn proper ways to communicate with others by group work.

3. Emotion and attitude:

(1) Students will be aware of the importance of thinking and solving problems creatively.

(2) Students will be interested in taking about the things happen around them..

(3) Students will know only by daily accumulating can they get a high mark. 三、教学重点

2. Students learn to analyze the pictures and can use advanced sentence patterns to describe the pictures. 四、教学难点
