Teaching aims：

1、Knowledge aim：

1）能听懂、会说: What do you do on Saturdays/Sundays? I often …. 并能在真实情境中加以运用；

2）能运用所学过动词短语：watch TV, listen to music, draw pictures, play computer games, do sports, play football 等，结合所学新知展开综合性的对话交流。

(3)学习字母 n 在单词中的发音。

1）通过所学句型What do you do on Saturdays/Sundays? I often ….谈论周末的活动安排，提高语言运用能力；

2）能准确朗读该对话；

3）通过所设计的活动能激发主动思维能力和实际运用能力，提高口语的实际运用。

Step1: Warming up:

1、Greetings.

2、Let's chant together.

Monday,Monday,math on Monday.

Tuesday,Tuesday,art on Tuesday.

Wednesday,Wednesday,computer on Wednesday.

Thursday,Thursday,P.E. on Thursday.

Friday,Friday,my favourite day!

3、T:What day is it today?(播放ppt)

S:It's Wednesday.

T:What do you have on Wednesdays ?

S:We have English, Chinese and science on Wednesdays？

Step2:Presentation and practice

1）T:Do we have classes on Saturdays and Sundays?

S:No.

T:Saturdays is fun for us.I often read books and listen to music.What do you do on Saturdays?(板书句子)

引入各动词短语并着重复习。

2）T：Now,I am a CCTV reporter.I want to interview some of you.

T:Hello, the pretty girl, what's your name?

S:My name is XXX.

T:Nice to meet you. What do you do on Saturdays ?

T:That's great.

T：Who wants to be the litter reporter?

3）T:Your weekend is colorful.Now Chen Jie and Sarah are talking about their weekend. Let's have a look.

T:Let's act the dialogue out.Group One acts Chen Jie, and Group Two acts Sarah.

Then exchange.

4)T:Chen Jie and Sarah are talking about their weekend. Another two friends comes here too.They are Lan Yangyang and Man Yangyang.

Lan Yangyang:Hello,Cun Zhang.

Man Yangyang:Hi,Lan Yangyang,What do you do on Saturdays?

Lan Yangyang:I often do homework, read books and watch TV.

Man Yangyang:That's great!What do you do on Sundays?

Lan Yangyang:I often eat and sleep.

Man Yangyang:Er..... 5)Listen to the tape and read the text . Students should do pair work,then act out the dialogue.

6)T:Let's play a game to relax.Now,I have an orange. I give it to one student, and you can pass it one by one, if I say stop,the one gets it should stand up and choose one card.And the other students ask him or her "what do you do on Saturdays ?"together. Step3、Consolidation
