本单元的话题是生活习惯和学习习惯。这一话题与学生的生活实际密切相关，在教学中，我们要引导学生多联系自己的实际情况，分析和判断什么是好习惯，什么是坏习惯，帮助他们在今后的学习和生活中形成好习惯、兵器坏习惯，更有效地学习，更健康的生活。

本单元在语法方面延续了第一单元的副词话题，呈现了副词well，early, late,fast以及频率副词never的用法。另外，本单元还复现了always，often, sometimes, usually等频率副词。本单元再现了一般现在时的第三人称单数形式，我们可以借此机会和学生一起总结复习一般现在时的语法知识。
