Unit1 The king’s new clothes教学设计

一、教学内容：Story time 二、教学目标：

1.知识目标：

（1）能正确地听、说、读、写词汇clever, foolish, laugh, wear, point at, shout. （2）能正确地听、说、读词汇magic, through, long long ago. （3）能灵活运用日常交际用语和句型:

There was/ were … . The king was happy. He liked new clothes. （4）能通过不同阅读方法和策略，理解故事。

2.技能目标：

（1）在阅读过程中，培养学生快速阅读，查找答案的能力。

（2）通过小组讨论、同桌交流等方式，引导学生共同学习，合作的能力。

3.情感态度目标：

（1）通过趣味阅读，培养学生良好的阅读习惯，增强学习英语的兴趣。

（2）体会故事的教育意义，明白做人要诚实的道理。

三、教学重点：

1.能够理解故事内容，在此基础上有感情地复述和表演故事。

2.能初步了解一般过去时的用法。

四、教学难点：

1.故事内容的理解。

2.一般过去时的陈述句。

五、课前准备：

多媒体课件、录音机和磁带，课前在黑板上写好课题。

六、教学过程：

Step 1 Warm-up 1.Greetings T: Good morning, boys and girls.

Ss: Good morning, teacher. 2.Play a game: What’s in the box? (1)

课件出示一个盒子，教授单词magic. (2)

T: What’s in the box? You can answer like this: There is a … /There are … .(课件依次闪现不同衣物。) (3)

T: They are all clothes. Do you like new clothes? T: Look, he is a king(教授). He likes new clothes. And here’s a book about him. Can you guess the name of the book?

Step 2 Presentation 1. Lead-in （出示故事书封面）The book is The king’s new clothes. Can you say something about it? T: Today we will learn this story. How to learn a new story? T: Yes, we can pay attention to(关注) these aspects: Who? When? What? How/Why? 2.Watch and find. (1)Who are mentioned in the story?

(2)When is the story? (学习long long ago,介绍一般过去时。) 3.Read and choose T：At first, the king is wearing new clothes. But at last(最后), the king isn’t wearing clothes. Why? Let’s read the story.

Step 5 Homework Must-do homework: 1. Read the dialogue after the tape for twice.
