1、能听懂、会说、会读词汇kangaroo, koala, Australian football, Sydney, sport-lover等. 2、能听懂、会说、会读日常句型：I/you/we/they/he/she’ll….

3、复习一般将来时态，学习熟练will的句型表示一般将来时。

4、能在理解的基本上，熟练朗读并试着复述故事。

5、通过学习，了解有关澳大利亚的文化。

二、教学重点、难点：

重点：1、能听懂、会说、会读词汇kangaroo, koala, Australian football, Sydney sport-lover等. 2、能听懂、会说、会读日常句型：I/you/we/they/he/she’ll….

难点：1、能在理解的基本上，熟练朗读并试着复述故事。

2、熟练运用一般将来时。

四、教学过程：

2. Free talk T:This is a map of the world, which foreign country do you know? (Say some foreign countries.) Today we will Learn about a very beautiful country--Australia. I told you to know something about it. How can you know about Australia? 出示世界地图，主要显示美国，英国，中国，澳大利亚，让生说说对他们的印象，用1-2词概括一下。

Ss: Surf the internet./Watch TV/ read some books about Australia. T: You are hard-working students. We can know a lot from them. Step2. Presentation

小组汇报：文本中主要介绍澳大利亚的三个方面：animals, sport, city About animals: There are many kangaroos and koalas in Australia. T: Can you teach the two words? 指导学生读kangaroos and koalas 两个单词。

The same way to learn : Australia football, Sydney。

组长进行汇报本小组的成果，其他组可以进行相应的补充。
