Step I Lead-in “My hobby is watching films”

Ss will watch “superman trailer”

Ss will say “He can fly”, “He can see through walls”, “He can save people”, “He can walk through fire”

… according to each screenshot of the film. Ss will learn to talk about superman’s abilities like “He is able to fly/has an ability to fly”

Step II Present “Comic strip”

Ss will watch a cartoon about Eddie and Hobo’s conversation and answer

Ss will read after a recording and learn “Believe it or not”, “Look out”

Step III Practice Ss will try to act out the conversation with their desk-mates Step IV Present “Welcome to the unit”

Ss will learn “clean up”, “give a seat to…”, “send notebooks to…”, “pay for…”, “raise money for…”

Step V Practice Ss will do Exercise A by themselves Ss will listen to a recording and answer
