There are basically two ways to get work done. One is to work individually. In this way, people can decide for themselves when to start work and how to do it. What’s more, they will be able to learn how to solve problems on their own.

People may also choose to work in a team, where they can learn from each other and help each other. Besides, they may work out better ways to get work done by discussion.

Personally, I prefer to work in a team, which offers me a chance to learn how to get along with others and to share my experiences with them. As the work can be divided among several people, it can be done efficiently. And teamwork is always important. composition B

You can manage everything on your working. However, you have to independently solve some problems when you work.

Working in a team: you can discuss problems with the other workers and learn each other.

As far as I know, I prefer Working Individally to Working in a team, because working in a team can make us discover that we didn't pay attention to some important problems on our working. If we work in a team, we will finish working in the fastest way, thus we can get more time to do other things.

Working in a team is a very good choice to finish our working.

Some schools have a strict regulation that all students should always wear

uniforms to school. I am strongly against the idea .

First, learning how to dress, wear, make up, and groom our hair are all

important social skills which will become important to us after graduation. Most kids who have to wear uniforms look like slobs(罩衣) on the weekdays. Another reason that students should not wear uniforms is because students look like pieces of machinery in a factory. In this modern Information Age, creativity is more important than conformity(遵照). How can anyone be creative when he looks like everyone else? Finally, wearing uniforms can be uncomfortable. We’re supposed to change our winter uniform to our spring uniform on a certain day every year, but nobody told Mother Nature that! We freeze or sweat because of this several days every year.

For the above reasons, I am totally opposed (反对的) to students having to wear uniform to school. Step 6.Homework
