Unit4 What do you see?

教材分析:

本单元是辽师大版快乐英语三年级下册第四单元,本单元的话题是

谈论动物。尽量创设和模拟自然真实的情境,让学生在具体的情境中进行语言操练活动.本课时内容比较贴近学生生活,是学生们比较喜欢的话题之一,所以有利于学生间开展交流。

学生分析:

低年级的学生天真活泼,好奇心强,喜爱并擅长模仿,但是知识量较少,所以我在教学过程中充分利用多媒体直观教学手段,使学生“在玩中学,在学中玩”,营造轻松、活泼的课堂气氛,有张有弛,循序渐进,

在学生理解的基础上,尽量创设各种自然真实的情境或模拟真实的情境帮助学生学以致用。

Teaching aims:

1.Ss can listen, speak, read and write the words “ pig , fish, sheep , chicken and bird”and the sentence“ What do you see? I see a ...”and the dialogue correctly. 2.Process and method: Finishing the teaching task by using interesting teaching method, the visual teaching method and working in groups.

3.Emotion aims: Educating Ss to love learning English and animals .

Key points:master the words and the sentences “What do you see? I see…”Difficult points:Understand the plural noun and use the sentences to communicate correctly and freely..

Teaching steps:

Step 1. Warming up and revision :

1、Greetings:H ello, boys and girls . How are you today?

2.Free talk:

T:Do you like animals?

Ss:Yes.

T:I like animals ,too.Now let’s visit a farm and see some animals ,OK?

Ss:OK.

T:What do you see?

Ss:I see ...

Purpose: This step is to form a better situation for the students by free talk. To arouse Ss’ interest and get ready for n ew teaching.

Step 2. Presentation and drill

1.Show pictures.Lead in new lesson.Present the words

T : This class their new friends are coming.Who are they?Let’s look together. Wow,it’s a beatiful farm.What do you see?

Ss:I see...

Present the word “pig” and the sentences.

Drill the words “pig pigs”and the sentences.

2.The same method to teach other words and drill.Pay attention to the

words”sheep,fish”

Purpose: To arouse the Ss’ interest and help Ss understand and grasp the words and sentences well.

3.Work in groups.Fill in the blanks( part 5).

4.Listen To the tape. Show the questions:What does Henry see?

What does Xiao Hui see? Then read the dialogue and answer the questions. Step 3. Practice

1.Read the text follow the tape/in pairs .

2.The students act the dialogues in roles.

3.Fill the blanks.

Purpose: In this step ,Ss’ abilities of listening and speaking, communication, cooperation can be trained very well. They can grasp the main points very well, too.

Step 4. Consolidation and extension:

1.Show picture.Let Ss discuss in pairs. Then reporter.

Purpose: To arouse Ss’ interest and use the words and sentences freely.

2. Sum up:

What have you learnt?

(1)Let Ss read the words and sentences.

(2)Show a picture.Educate Ss to love animals.

Purpose: Let Ss sum up the main points to help them grasp the knowledge, arouse Ss’ interest and develop good learning habit and eating habit.Educate Ss to love animals.

3. Homework:

(1)Listen ,read and write the words and the text.

(2) Try to say with your partner.
