Step1. Warm-up

1. Greetings. 2.Let’s guess(review the words): warm, hot, cool, cold 3.Tell a story: ‘Little panda travels around the world’, The summer vocation is coming, litter panda is so happy. Because his uncle invite he to travel around the world. Let’s go and see! Step2. Presentation

Let’s learn 1.Show the world map ,get to know the places: Sydney，London，Moscow，Singapore，Beijing. And tell some famous places in these cities.

2.Story: Before their trip, they do some researches. They check the weather. Let’s listen and carefully what does the weather reporter says: Here’s the world weather. Today it’s hot and sunny in Sydney.

(make sure students grapes how to report the weather.) 3.Learn the weather by PPT. And teach the correct hand writing of the new words. What’s the weather like in …? It’s …(and…) . 3.Pay attention to the pronunciation of ’y’ in the new words. 4.Watch the video and read after. 5. Games time: Sharp eyes; Happy转转转

6.Know the weather signs Step4.Practise 1. Let’s challenge the weather reporter: world weather and China’s weather. 2. Find the different one. 3. March.
