设计意图：

本课选取的是冀教版英语（三年级起点）四年级下册Unit2 Days and Months中的第一课，主要讲述了1-12月以及询问What’s your favourite month? Whose birthday is in...? 由于本课的所学词汇较多，所以课堂中采取了游戏教学情景交际法，让学生在玩中学，激发学生的学习兴趣。

教材分析：

本单元的教学重点是学习十二个月份的表达、序数词第一至第十二的表达、节日的具体日期，以及描述天气的名词和形容词。本单元与生活紧密相关，在教授词汇的同时要联系实际生活，引起学生的学习兴趣。

学情分析：

经过一年半的英语学习，四年级的学生有了一定的英语语言基础，对英语的好奇心加大，感受到了英语的魅力，迫切的希望自己也可以说一口流利的英语，课堂上好动、爱表现，但由于年龄较小，身心发展不平衡等原因，他们也具有缺乏耐心，注意力容易分散等特点。

Lesson7 Months of the Year 一、教学目标：

1.学生能够听懂、会说、认读并书写词汇：January,February,March,April,May,June,July,August,September,October,November,December 2.学生能认读、理解并且运用下列基本句型结构：What’s your favourite month? My favourite month is... Whose birthday is in...? 3.让学生学会表达自己喜欢的月份，通过了解他们的生日和爱好，学会关心他人，增进情感。

二、教学重难点：

教学重点：Words:January,February,March,April,May,June,July,August,September,October,November,December Sentences:Whose birthday is in...? 教学难点:新词读音的掌握。

四、教学过程：

1.Warm-up: Greeting:Free talk T:Hello,everyone!

How are you ? S: I am fine. T:Nice to meet you! S:Nice to meet you,too! T:How’s the weather? S:It’s... (设计意图：通过复习问候语，让学生能够自然而然的进入英语学习气氛。) 2.Presentation and Practice

借助PPT依次导入1-12月，并写在黑板上

(先听录音的发音，然后根据自然拼读法，分音节教学，J-a-nu--ary

F-e-b-ru-ary,注意纠正学生的发音，学生读几遍后，玩What’s missing?的游戏，先擦掉一两个字母，依次多擦点几个字母，让学生进行拼写单词。)

注意纠正学生的发音。

Play a game:举一反三，教师读一次，学生读三次。)

Play a game:大小声，教师大声读学生小声读，老师小声读学生大声读) (学完前六个月后，进行复习练习。可以玩What’s missing?先消除一个单词，让学生回忆消失了哪个单词，并进行拼写。) 以同样的方法学习剩下的月份July

Review new words ,flash cards who is No.1 who can get the card. 句型练习：

利用学生手中得到的单词卡，同桌两人一问一答进行句型练习。
