课题：Lesson 16 How do you go to school? 一、教材分析

本课是冀教版四年级英语下册第三单元第16课，本单元主要围绕着跟学生自己生活有关的内容。而本课在这个单元中有着承上启下的作用。

二、学生分析

在四年级上册的时候学生曾经学过一些交通工具，也渗透了一些交通方式，所以这节课对学生们来说应该不是很陌生。而四年级孩子的特点是活泼好动，所以积极性一般都计较高。

三、教学目标

1. 知识目标

1）学生能听懂、会说、认读并书写词汇：foot, on foot, by 2）学生能认读、理解并运用一下基本的句型结构：

—How do you go to school? —I go to school by _________. —Do you ______ to school? —No, I _________ to school. 2. 能力目标：通过学习本课，能运用英语简单介绍自己的信息，并能与他人进行沟通与交流，通过这个话题的学习和语言训练，能灵活运用在日常口语交际中。

3. 情感目标：为学生提供真实的语言环境，鼓励学生大胆的说，培养学生自我表达和与他人沟通的能力。

四、教学重点：1. 能听懂和运用表示交通工具的单词。

2. 能够熟练运用句子表达出行方式。

五、教学难点:

如何能够灵活运用表达交通方式的句子。

二、New concepts：

Explain the word “foot” and its plural form “feet” by using pictures. (链接到图片让学生入课堂状态，并且还复习了以前学过的单词。

本环节主要通过图片来展示距离上的远近，并使用动图来展示交通方式。这样能让学生很快地回忆起以前学过的内容，并且提升到今天新内容要求。

通过简单的练习让学生进一步掌握交通方式的表达法。
