Ask Ss to sing the song: Boy and Girl

设计意图：以上五个环节结合三年级学情分别从听，说，读，唱，演五个方面进行第一单元的系统复习。为下边故事部分的学习做铺垫，增加学生语言的输出。

Part C Story time 1.

Play the audio cassette. Ask Ss to listen carefully and try to answer the questions: What are they doing? What’s wrong with Zoom? Do you want to play the game? Do you want to be a teacher or student?

设计意图：此环节让学生带着任务去听，去理解。教师的明确的任务集中了学生注意力，是教师对学生听力理解的一个检测，也是学生对自己语言表达的一个检测，既联系学生听力理解，又训练了学生语言表达能力，同时在听力训练中，使学生感受句子语音语调的变化。

Ask Ss to read the story in groups. And help Ss read and retell it first chorally, then individually.

设计意图：让学生阅读文本，以便理解故事内容。

Play the audio cassette again. Let Ss translate the story sentence by sentence. S.P:

设计意图：在听力训练中，使学生感受句子语音语调的变化。强化语音语调训练。

Put Ss into pairs. Help Ss act out the story in front of the class. Check and make assessment in groups.

设计意图：表演拓展环节能训练学生用所学语言表达自己的想法，见解。是学生将课本知识运用到实际生活的一次语言实践，培养学生创新精神和实践能力，努力为学生的终身发展奠定语言基础、思想基础。
