Teaching Procedure: 一．lead-in lead the topic of this lesson by showing some pictures of machines. 二．Prereading Teach students to learn to read some pictures and to improve the ability of imagination. 三．Whilereading: 1.How many rooms are there in the auther’s (作者)home? 2.what’s in the rooms?(Room one,Room two…)
四.Postreading: 1.What’s the auther’s
favourite machine?
2.What does the auther use the computer to do? 3.How many people are there in auther’s family?
4.What new machines do they want? 五.Retell the passage:
Teacher give an example and students follow. 六.Extention:
Ask students to talk about the machines students want to have.
七．Homework:
1.Write a passage about the machines in you home.
