本课是译林版小学《英语》（三年级起点）六年级下册第七单元的故事教学。本节课Story time包括两个场景。场景一是Yang Ling 和Mike在谈论他们暑假将要去的城市和出行方式；场景二是Liu Tao 和Su Hai在谈论他们将要去城市和要参观的地方。本节课要求学生能正确理解故事内容，能用will的特殊疑问句和一般疑问句来交谈自己的暑期计划。

Ⅲ.目标预设

知识目标：

①.能听懂、会说、会读和会写单词: go back to ,how long , photo,并三会掌握summer holiday/stay/sound/Disneyland/Ocean Park/Taipei. ②能听懂、会说、会读和会写句型：Will you…？及其肯定和否定答语Where/How long /How /What will you …?及其答句。

能力目标：

①能正确理解故事内容，有感情地朗读故事及复述故事。

②能正确掌握，灵活运用将来时句型表达于真实情景中。

通过课文的学习，感受精彩暑假计划带来的旅途之乐。

②能获得学习成就感，增强对英语学习的兴趣。

V.重点、难点

1．重点：能正确理解故事内容，有感情地朗读故事，并能用词汇和句型来谈论他们的暑期计划。

2. 难点：能用will的特殊疑问句和一般疑问句来交谈自己的暑期计划。

Ⅴ.设计理念

在素质教育和新课程的背景下，教师由传统的知识点传授者、灌输着转变为学生学习的帮助者、促进者，指导者、组织者和合作者。教学更加注重学生发展，培养学生能力，使学生学习的主体性充分发挥出来，做学习中获得成功。教学面向全体学生的同时，积极创造条件，满足有更大学习潜力的学生的需要。

VI.设计思路

本课Story time谈论的是暑假出游计划，跟学生的生活紧密相关。在教学过程中，教师充分利用课本提供的素材和信息，精心创设情境，再现真实的生活场景，使教材生活化、教学情境化。五年级学生的英语基础已打牢，教师采用多种活动形式，贯穿整个课堂教学活动，充分调动学生的学习积极性。在教学过程中，教师关注学生的自主阅读能力，培养学生听说读写的技能，提升学生的英语思维能力，同时巧设问题，激活学生思维。

VII.教学过程

Step 1. Pre—reading 1.Brain storm What holidays do you know ? Do you like summer holiday ? Why ? 2.Enjoy some pictures T: In summer holiday, we will visit different cities or countries and take some photos. Let’s enjoy some photos first.(欣赏风景名胜地点，随机教学Taipei)

【设计意图：通过复习旧知，引出summer holiday主题，接着让学生欣赏风景名胜地点，为接下来的教学做好语言储备。】

3.Try to say T: Will you go … for the summer holiday ? Ss: Yes , I will . / No , I won’t .(出示教学won’t=will not) 4.

Ask about my summer holiday plan T: Do you want to know about my summer holiday ? Ss: Yes . T:Can you ask me some questions about my summer holiday plan ?

【设计意图：利用学生对教师生活的好奇心，引导他们用将来时态谈论老师将在假期做什么，然后引出plan，让他们感知plan的意义，同时明白谈论计划时要用一般将来时态。】

Step 2. While reading 1.

Try to ask T: We talked about my summer holiday plan just now . How about them? What are they talking about ? （1）出示4个孩子头像并在黑板上贴上4个人物的头像。

（2）出示句子理解朗读。

The children are talking about their plans for the summer holiday. （3）预测课文，请学生试提问。

T: What do you want to know about their summer holiday plans? Ss: ……

【设计意图：让学生就他们想要了解的问题进行提问，锻炼提问能力，同时让学生通过提问感知一份计划需要写出哪些内容。】

3.Task 2: Read and answer T: We know where they will go. Now I have more questions for you. Read Part 1 and find the answers to the questions .

【设计意图：细读故事的第一部分，找出关键性信息，培养学生的阅读能力，同时也使他们了解Yang Ling和Mike暑期计划的细节信息。】

4.Task 3: Read and find （1）Play a game : Guessing game T: Now let’s play a guessing game. Look at the tips and guess what place it is. （2）Read and order T: Su Hai and Liu Tao have a lot of photos about their holiday. Read Part 2 and look at the photos. Can you put the students in the right photos?

（3）Read and judge T: Nice photos .Read Part2 and find the details to fill in the form .

Su Hai go to Hong Kong with her visit and Liu Tao go to with his some .
