Step1.Revision and lead-in

Students work in pairs,ask and answer. A: Is there a/an... in the park? B: Yes ,there is ./No ,there isn’t. At last, ask some groups to act it out. Step 2. Presentation 1.

Teach house with the help of a picture. Ask and answer “Is there a house on the mountain? Yes,there is .” Then teach: Are there any houses on the mountain ? Yes, there are. 2.

Teach building like house. Make a comparison between house and building. 3.

Teach tree,bridge,village like house. 4.

Watch the flash of “Let’s learn”and follow it.

Step 3. Practice Work in pairs and act it out. A: Are there any ... on the mountain/in the park? B: Yes, there are./No ,there aren’t. Step 4 .Consolidation Write four sentences about the picture above.

Step 5. Homework 1.Copy the new words 10 times and have a dictation of the new words. 2. Read “Let's learn”
