Teaching aims: Knowledge aims:.The students will be able to listen, speak, read and write the words: Monday, Tuesday; and the sentences: When do you have PE lessons? We have PE lessons on Monday and Tuesday. Process and methods: The students will get to know the knowledge and skills through group activities and games. Emotional attitude and values :The students will do sports and live in a healthy way.

Teaching Process Step 1. Warming up 1.Let’s chant together.

2.Let’s review what we learn last time, Sunday, day, week,what’s the first day of the week?

Step 2. Presentation 1.

What’s the next day ? And lead in new words:Monday and Tuesday. 2.

How many days are there in a week? What are they? When do you have science

lessons?

When do you have PE lessons? We run, play football and play basketball in a PE class. Do you like sports?

Introduce Gao Wei and the PE teacher , and let’s listen what they are talking about.

Step 3. Practice 1.

Listen to the dialogue and repeat it.

Role-play the conversation.

Step 4. Extension Make a new timetable with your partners.

Homework: Must do: Finish the exercise in Lesson 20. Choose to do: Continue to make a new timetable with your partners and talk about it.
