教学目标:

1、学生能听懂、会说、认读并拼写下列词汇:

rain ,sun ,hot ,snow 。

2、学生能认读、理解并运用下列基本句型结构:

What is it? /This is _______

能够熟练运用这些句型描述太阳,云,雨等事物。

3、学会歌曲<>

学情分析:

四年级学生活泼好动,爱新鲜,注意力尚不集中。因此,教学形式必须多样化,让学生在愉悦的环境中学习英语,效果会更好。

教学重点:

1、学生能听懂、会说、认读并学会拼写

rain ,sun ,hot ,snow 这些词汇。

教学难点:

1、学生能认读、理解并运用下列基本句型结构

What is it? /This is _______

2、运用本课所学的语言知识进行实际交流。

教具准备:

本课所需图片,12个月份图片以及单词卡片,ppt课件。

教学过程:

Step 1:Warming up

Greeting

T:Hello!Boys and girls.

S:!Hello!Miss Liu.

T:How are you today?

S:Fine thanks. How are you ?

T:I am very well,thank you !Nice to meet you!

S: Nice to meet you,too.

Step 2:Review

We will begain our class.First of all, let’s review the points we learned last class.

1.Show the pictures (from Jan.to Dec.) and listent to the song<>.出示一月份到十二月份的图片并且聆听歌曲<<12个月>>,回忆学过的12个月。

2.After the song,We try to answer some questions.

(1)“What’s the first month of the year ?”

“What’s the second month of the year ?”

依次提问剩下的十个月份。

“Who can speak the twelve month?”

(2)My favorite month is May, becouse in may ,there is a small holiday ,you now it’s International

worker’s Day and I can wear beautiful clothes,such as dress,skirt,shorts ,T-shirt and so on . So what about you? what’your favorite month? Who wants to have a try?

Step 3:Start the new class

You know there are 12 months in a year,but do you know what’s the weather like every month? Let’s begain our new class.

1.Show the pictures of cloud ,sun ,rain and snow 让同学们认知说出汉语意思,询问同学们是否知道用英语怎么说,引出PPT中新单词。

2.Show the picture in the computer

出示sun的图片并提问

T:What is this?

S:Sun.

T:Yes, this is the sun.(反复领读)

T:How do you feel when you are under the sun?

S: I feel hot.

T:Yes,the sun is hot.

出示cloud 和rain的图片并提问

T:What is this?

S:This is a cloud./This is rain.

T:Do you like rain? Where is the rain from?

S: It is from the cloud.

T:Yes,the cloud is above.The rain is below.

Do you know the meaning of above and below?(拿起一个文具盒和一本书动作演示above和below的含义)

同样的方法演示wind和snow.

3.Ask students the question

I like rain and snow,what about you? (让同学们在一问一答中加深对所学单词的记忆,同时纠正同学们的发音。)

4.聆听歌曲《The Month Song》两遍,对歌曲的逐句翻译让学生更深入的体会歌曲中的意境,翻译完再聆听两遍。

本节课我注重创设英语情境,使学生在愉快的氛围中学习英语,体会到了学英语的乐趣。本科重点句型 What is it? /This is _______。我通过根据PPT图片展示让学生反复提问练习,知识得以巩固。总之,这节课课堂气氛活跃,为今后更好的学习英语打下了基础。
