本单元学习的是学生们喜欢的游乐设施slide, swing, seesaw,能运用句型What can you see?询问别人看见了什么?用What colour is it? 询问某物是什么颜色的,并做出正确的信息反馈。在本单元学习前学生们在1AM4U3中已经学过What colour ...? It's ...句型,在1BM4U1中学过I can ...句型。
二年级学生活泼好动、对新事物好奇心强,因此,将本单元的语境设定为孩子们最喜欢的儿童乐园,本课时通过与五只顽皮的小猴子一起在儿童乐园里游玩学习单词、巩固句型。第二课时通过邀请好朋友大象再游儿童乐园,运用第一课时所学词汇,了解句型Let’s...的含义,体验不同的玩法及与朋友一起玩的乐趣。在语境中理解heavy、too big、too heavy、too fat、That’s OK的含义,并能合理使用。
【单元教学目标】
本单元的课题是In the Children’s Garden,在Children’s Garden的语境中,通过“你能看到什么和它是什么颜色”的互问互答及邀请别人一起玩等活动,学习并运用相关语言知识:词汇slide, swing, seesaw,句型What can you see? I can see…,感受游玩儿童乐园的快乐,体验朋友间合作、互助、分享的重要性。

在两只猴子对话的语境中引出句型What can you see? What colour is it?和单词swing。做动作中学习词组play on the swing及儿歌。
跟随小猴子们继续游完儿童乐园,问答对话中学习单词slide。进一步操练句型What can you see? I can see…. What colour is it? It’s…同时慢慢开始放手,根据学生的学习情况,及时调节教师支持力度。
在巩固句型的同时,新授单词seesaw,同时进一步放手。让学生利用之前所学独立完成对话、儿歌。
