1.单元内容总体描述：本单元的话题是学生熟知而又喜欢的话题My birthday，主要学习用When’s your birthday?询问对方的生日，用

单元整体分析

It’s on….来回答有关日期的问题，并用Can you…?来邀请或请求对方做某事，此外，还呈现了一些与 birthday party相关的语句，如：XX has ….birthday card 的制作活动等。

2.本单元相关的教学内容分析：

功能：询问彼此的生日并邀请对方参加自己的生日聚会。

话题：My birthday 本单元主要学习如何询问对方的生日以及如何正确回答，难点在于用序数词来回答有关日期的问题。

My birthday是学生比较熟悉而又喜欢的话题，部分学生在学习了对话内容之后，基本能够运用核心句型When’s your birthday? It’s on…来作简单的问答，但是也有一些同学由于对序数词的认读有一定的困难，因此影响交际活动的顺利开展。少数同学对what time / when的意义及用法分辨不清，需结合具体的事例加以区分，以逐步提高学生正确灵活运用语言的能力。序数词在发音和书写方面的变化需在日常的学课堂教学中逐步练习巩固，或者利用一些儿歌帮助学生按规律识记，加情

深记忆。

1）. 以认读，阅读、对话等方式推动对词汇以及语言的感知和理解。

通过学习语言文本内容，能够进行有关Birthday party这一话题的交际活动，并感受与朋友一起庆祝生日的快乐。

1.采用听说法，通过听录音，回答问题的方法感知和理解Listen and say这一核心板块。

教学方法与手2.利用多媒体课件，通过观察形式，总结规律，形成一些识记单词的有效策略。跟着节奏唱歌表演儿歌post office，培养良好的语感节奏感，并将字母组合st的发音迁移运用到其它含有st字母组合的单词拼读中。。

3.采用交际教学法，通过Do a survey这一活动，学生能够正确灵活运用本单元的核心语句。
