教材分析：

本课是冀教版四年级英语下册第一单元的第一课。主要由三部分组成：A new teacher. A new friend . Let’s do it!通过这三部分的学习，主要让学生在复习相互问好的前提下，学会用英语做自我介绍，进而扩大学生的英语使用范围，提高学生用英语表达思想的能力。

学情分析：

就本课的内容，对于四年级学生来说，已基本不存在新单词问题。（pupil）一个生单词。在他们已掌握相当数量的单词之后，进行用英语做自我介绍方面的训练，应是一件轻而易举的事情。
